Immediate Opening

Monroe Central is searching for a choreographer for our summer program. The individual would write choreography for our marching band and guard.

The guard members are taking on the role of actors instead of equipment work.

Position would start June 25 with finals on Aug. 4. The days and hours are very flexible. 

Possible extension into the winter with our Winter Guard and/or Winter Percussion.

Guard Director-Pike HS

The Pike High School Color Guard Program is looking for a new guard director.  This is a corporation paid position.  There are also extra stipends for design and choreography work.  There is a color guard classd uring the school day which is one of the responsibilities.  The incoming director would also be able to bring in their own tech staff.

FULL TIME DIRECTOR POSITION

Lafayette Jefferson High School, in Lafayette, IN, is seeking a full-time Color Guard Director. This position requires significant responsibilities related to teaching and overall program coordination, and interested applicants should be ready to "hit the ground running!"

Teaching requirements include a curricular Color Guard class that meets three days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) for the entire school year (August-May). Additionally, applicants should be available to teach actively during the summer and fall with our marching band (ISSMA "Class A" competition season) and during the winter (IHSCGA competition season). The extra-curricular rehearsal schedule for marching band and winter guard is flexible, and can be adjusted to match availability.
